YEARS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
In 1975, Hynos was handed over to the State, merged with Kolperlon Company to become the Phong Lan Toothpaste Factory.
1980
Phong Lan Toothpaste Factory was merged with other Enterprises such as Tico Detergent, Cosmetics 2 Factory , Dong Hung Soap, become a Cosmetics Union Enterprise under the Department of Industry.
1990
Phong Lan toothpaste factory was renamed as P/S Chemical Company.
P/S Chemicals Company is specialized in producing toothpaste products with famous brands such as Hynos, Perlon, P/S, General, Be Ngoan children toothpaste..etc. In addition, the company also produced cosmetic chemical products and detergents, such as P/S shampoo, Dishwashing liquid, Javel bleaching liquid, and fabric softener.

1997
We jointly ventured two toothpaste factories with the Unilever Vietnam, and established Elida P/S Company. P/S Chemicals Company only had two factories which specialized in the production of Aluminum Tubes and Detergents.
2003
We transferred the P/S toothpaste brand to Unilever Vietnam.
2006
P/S Chemicals Company carried out the equitization.
1st January 2007
The Company officially transformed into P/S Joint Stock Company.
